A significant media partnership agreement has been signed between
Vision Bangladesh Health and Education Society, the popular national daily "Dainik
Gonokantho," and The Daily Our Bangladesh Times. The signing ceremony took place at
the head office of Vision Bangladesh Health and Education Society in the capital.
The primary objective of this partnership is to ensure extensive media coverage of
the ongoing and future activities of Vision Bangladesh and to increase awareness
regarding health and education for the marginalized populations of the country.
According to the agreement, Dainik Gonokantho and The Daily Our Bangladesh Times
will regularly publish news, features, and special reports on various projects,
initiatives, and social welfare programs of Vision Bangladesh. Stakeholders believe
that through this, the humanitarian activities of the organization will gain more
public engagement and social awareness will be strengthened.
The agreement was signed by the Honorable Chairman of the organization, Mr. Md.
Badiuzzaman, on behalf of Vision Bangladesh Health and Education Society, and the
Honorable Editor of the newspapers, Mr. Mohammad Nizam Uddin Jitu, on behalf of
Dainik Gonokantho and The Daily Our Bangladesh Times.
Honorable Chairman Mr. Md. Badiuzzaman described this agreement as a timely and
promising initiative. The Honorable Editor Mr. Mohammad Nizam Uddin Jitu stated, "A
major responsibility of journalism is to play a supportive role in positive social
change. We want to take pride in doing this work alongside an organization like
Vision Bangladesh."
